Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
Every dog is a little different — that's why we have a size chart on the product page. We recommend measuring your dog's chest girth (the widest part behind the front legs) and neck before ordering. When in between sizes, size up for the most comfortable fit.
My dog has a long body and short legs — will this harness fit?
Yes, that's exactly who we designed it for. Our harness is built for small dogs with unique proportions, with an extended chest plate and adjusted strap placement so it sits correctly on their body without rubbing or restricting movement.
Can I adjust the harness after purchase?
Yes. The harness features adjustable straps so you can dial in the fit for your dog's exact measurements.
Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–12 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing — shipping is free on every order.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but email us at support@littledogco.store as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make changes before it ships.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original condition. Email support@littledogco.store with your order number to get started.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry about that. Email us at support@littledogco.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it out right away — no return shipping needed.

What is the harness made of?
The harness features a soft stretch poly base with nylon webbing straps and coated carbon steel D-rings — built to be durable, lightweight, and comfortable for everyday walks.
How do I clean the harness?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, then air dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to keep the materials in top condition.
Is a harness better than a collar for small dogs?
For most small dogs, yes. Harnesses distribute pressure across the chest rather than the neck, which is especially important for breeds prone to back and neck strain. They also give you better control on walks without discomfort.
