We want you and your pup to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. If your harness has been worn on walks, we're unable to accept it back for hygiene reasons.

How to Start a Return
Email us at support@littledogco.store with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We've got you. Email us at support@littledogco.store and we'll help you find the right fit for your dog.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately — no return shipping required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
