We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. If your harness has been worn on walks, we're unable to accept it back for hygiene reasons.

To start a return or exchange, email support@littledogco.store with your order number and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days — we'll make it right straight away, no return shipping needed.
